"I was a bit apprehensive..."
This letter is in reference to Jenny Becker, who is working with my on the sale of my home. I felt compelled to write you expressing my complete satisfaction regarding Jenny's handling of the sale. Upon meeting Jenny for the first time, I was a bit apprehensive that she would be up to the task. She is so young, and we are certainly not in the best of times for selling a home. It quickly became apparant that not only was Jenny up to the task; but that she could most likely run circles around any agent twice her age. Throughout the entire process Jenny has been professional, conscientious, and motivated. I always felt as though I were her only client - especially at those times when I was returning from out of town trips and locked myself out of the house! From the beginning, Jenny has been right on the money with the listing price. My house was on the market only six months before we received two offers within days of each other. And let me tell you, Jenny's negotiating skills are nothing to sneeze at either! I just wanted you to know that I would highly recommend Jenny to my neighbors, friends & acquaintances should the need for a real estate agent present itself.
